  • Condition of the Item: All returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. This includes all tags, labels, and protective wrapping that were included with the product. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Gift cards and personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
    • Final sale items (e.g., items marked with deep discounts) are also non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is processed, you will receive a refund according to the following guidelines:

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item for the refund to be issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective product or incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. How to Return Items

Returning an item is simple and easy. Follow these steps to initiate your return:

    • Include a copy of your receipt or order number inside the return package to help us process your return quickly.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to help you with that as well. The process for exchanges is as follows:

  • Exchange Eligibility: Items must meet the same return criteria as outlined above (unused, unopened, and in original packaging).
  • How to Exchange: Simply contact our customer service team at info@mimieglow.com and let us know which item you would like to exchange and for what replacement product. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or process a refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement, including covering the return shipping costs.
  • Responsibility for Returned Items: We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure they reach us safely. MimiGlow is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
  • Rejected Returns: If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used or damaged products), the item will be sent back to you, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
